Office Policy

1.  The management reserves the right to require Tenants submit Complaints and or Maintenance Requests in WRITING.
   
   
2. We will not tolerate any person abusing our staff. Bad behavior is recorded and the police will be called.
   
   
3. We are not obligated to personally contact you if your rent is behind. Legal procedures can be instituted without further notices.
   
   
4. Upon vacating a property a tenant will be required to pay rent until the keys are handed back.
   
   
5. When keys are handed back the property will be considered cleaned and ready for final inspection.
   
   
6. Workplace Health and Safety requires that our property Managers leave their shoes on when inspecting your property.
   
   
7. It is every tenant’s responsibility to make themselves available for routine inspections which occur every quarter. After issuing the appropriate notices we reserve the right to access the property using our own keys if considered necessary.
