3 things property managers do for landlords

• Place tenants
• Collect rent
• Maintenance

The 3 things property managers do above is just a summary. It sounds so simple and easy. Doesn’t it. In fact, if that was the case, why do investors even need property managers. The truth is, we, as property managers do a load more than that. This list doesn’t even mention protecting the landlord’s investment and helping the landlord build wealth. After all, isn’t that why you bought an investment property in the first place?

A bit extra...

Keeping a firm and practical hand on the maintenance and repairs at our clients properties can make a very big difference to the long term return on Investment. Sometimes just carrying a screwdriver when visiting an investment property for routine inspections can save a costly service call.

Who can put a price on peace of mind.
Knowing that the people looking after your investment property are treating it as if it was their own.
